Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
- Min 3 years of experience in HR Operation Supervisor or related role
- Strong knowledge in managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance
- Familiar with labor regulations, BPJS, and employee relations/issue handling
- Ability to oversee and manage office supplies
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management
- Proficient in handling documents, records, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel
- Experienced with HRIS systems (Sunfish) is preferred
- Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia – North Jakarta
