- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in engineering/technical roles, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position
- Experience in mall, property, or commercial building management is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, building utilities, and safety systems
- Familiarity with building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills
