- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in office buildings or commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Experience in supervising a team of technicians or engineers
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems and building management systems (BMS)
- Familiar with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
