- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 4 Year(s) of working experience in the same fields especially in Property Business/Real Estate.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D, 4D
- Must have experience in drawing review for building management.
- Understand the duties and responsibilities in the field of fit out tenant space.
- Have a good knowledge about Fit Out SOP
- Have a good communication skills
- Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
- Have Good Problem Solving & Handling complaints
- Able to create planning/scheduling, supervision of work, reporting, leadership of team, vendor and contractor.
