- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent and specialization in Architecture/Interior Design.
- Min. 2 Years of working experience in the same fields especially in Property Business/ Real Estate.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D/4D visualization.
- Understand the duties and responsibilities in the field of fit out tenant space.
- Have a good knowledge about Fit Out SOP
- Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
- Have Good Problem Solving & Handling complaint.
- Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).
