Jaime Daez
Daez is the founder and managing director of Fully Booked, a leading bookshop chain in the Philippines. His commitment to fostering a robust reading culture has significantly influenced the country’s literary landscape. Fully Booked has 43 bookshops in the Philippines, with plans to reach 50 by the end of 2025.

Philippe Delaisse
Delaisse founded Ethnicraft in 1995. Shanty Harmayn
Harmayn is an Indonesian film producer based in Jakarta. She has been in the film industry for more than 25 years and is currently the co-chief executive of Base Entertainment, a Jakarta and Singapore-based film studio with a focus on development, financing, production and distribution.

Vincent Mourou
In 2010, Vincent Mourou pivoted from a job in finance to ride into the Vietnamese highlands in search of cocoa beans. Now he’s the co-founder of Marou, an artisan chocolate brand that operates 19 smartly designed shops across Vietnam and exports to more than 20 countries.
