Requirements:
- Min. High School or Vocational School in any field
- Min. 2 years experience as customer services in mall / retail / commercial industry
- Familiarity with mall operations and retail industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent personal grooming and a presentable appearance
- Able to handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions across departments
- Willing to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia – North Jakarta
