Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in the Casual Leasing / Event / Exhibition / related field
- Strong understanding of market trends in the mall industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify potential tenants and negotiate short-term leasing agreements
- Ability to build strong relationships with collaborators
- Pleasant personality & service-oriented mindset
- Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia, North Jakarta
