Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Min. 2 years experience as a Collection in Building Management / Apartement / Office Tower
- Strong understanding of basic accounting (normal balance, journal entries, finance workflow)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred
- Able to issue and post monthly invoices (rent, service charge, utilities, revenue sharing)
- Detail-oriented in checking bank statements and recording payments in AR module
- Willing to be placed at Taman Anggrek Residence – West Jakarta
