- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, or related roles in mall or property industry, and working in a multi-entity or multi-business unit environment is preferred
- Prior experience in audit (1–2 years) is required; experience in Big 4 firms is a plus
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory)
- Good understanding of PSAK and financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in ERP implementation or financial system projects is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure, strong problem solving and detailed oriented.
