Requirements:
- Maximum age: 45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a D3 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the same field
- Fluent in English is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to lead a team effectively
- Responsible, disciplined, and reliable
- Preferably domiciled in the Jabodetabek area
- Preferably with experience in Building Management or Property
- Good understanding of Distribution Panels
- Basic knowledge of Electricity
- Familiar with Power Calculations
- Familiar with HVAC systems and Room Temperature Calculations
- Familiar with Civil Engineering concepts
- Familiar with identifying and handling bugs (technical issues)
- Willing to be placed at District 8 – South Jakarta
