Engineering Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in office buildings or commercial properties
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Experience in supervising a team of technicians or engineers
Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems and building management systems (BMS)
Familiar with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
