- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Hotel & Hospitality preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa and English.
- At least 2 year of working experience as Facility Staff at Property / Real Estate / Apartment / Hospitality
- Good knowledge in communication, complaint handling, relationship management
- Have building services knowledge especially in Apartment
- Service oriented, willingness to learn, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Representative, friendly and caring manner
