Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Experience in property management or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experienced in handling monthly/yearly closing, budgeting, audit, and tax reporting processes.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Good leadership and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with AP, AR, Tax, and Asset Management teams.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively
