- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in General Services, with the most recent position at the Manager level.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, including housekeeping (cleanliness and maintenance of common areas), pest control, and landscape management.
- Able to prepare monthly reports on operational activities within the facility, as well as reports on facility usage.
