Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Min. 2 years working experience as HR Operation Staff
- Proficient managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance
- Familiar with BPJS (social security) and handling employee issues
- Excellent communication skills to liase effectively with employees and management
- Proficient handling documents, records, and operational reports
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
- Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia – North Jakarta
