- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
- Professional qualifications or certifications in Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) management, and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as HSE preferably in a similar setting for High-rise Buildings (office buildings, apartments, or hotels).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE managerial level
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and programs tailored to the specific needs of the building, apartment, or hotel.
- Knowledge of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain HSE records, documentation, and reporting.
