Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years (Manager) / 5 years (Supervisor) of experience in retail or commercial property leasing
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants
- Strong understanding of retail trends, tenant mix strategy, and leasing processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both local and international tenants
- Capable of developing and executing leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets
- Able to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and project teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
