- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Apartment Operations or Property Management.
- Experience in managing operational functions, including Housekeeping, Security, and Parking.
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures, company policies, and service standards.
- Familiar with budgeting, operational monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Having a Gada Madya Security Certification is preferred.
- Willing to be placed at Fatmawati City Center (South Jakarta).
