- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor and contract management, and procurement best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, reporting, and budget management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; experience in the property, retail, hospitality, or building management industry is an advantage.
