- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a assistant manager role.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, employer branding, and organizational development chart.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Familiar with Sunfish.
