Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Communication, Hospitality, or any related field
- Min. 2 years of working experience in Tenant Relation or Customer Relation
- Familiarity with mall operations and retail industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent personal grooming and a presentable appearance
- Able to handle tenant complaints and coordinate solutions across departments
- Willing to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to be placed at Grand Galaxy Park – Bekasi
